What a sweet couple these two make! I had such a wonderful time photographing them; we met up on their side of the world…Fort Worth, new ground for me! It was nice to have a change of scenery!

Jack is Back!!

It was so great to see Mr. Jack and his parents again! Man, this little guy is growing up and boy is he fast!! He was helping me get a work out in! =)

Benjamin is my oldest son Hayden’s best buddy! We are so lucky to have good friends in our lives.

My Model

A step out of my norm! And boy was it a joy to spend with Corrie and her husband (my wonderful assistant for the day! ) =) Thank you so much Scott you were AWESOME! You truly helped make these portraits what they are…absolutely GORGEOUS! I asked Corrie months ago if she would be my model, so I could enter into a print competition coming up soon…thinking I might be ready! (so nervous)
But what Corrie didn’t really know is...that I mainly asked her because I wanted to honor her! She is such a strong, caring and loving mother, wife and friend, I wanted to give her back some of her beauty! And as you can see…she has a lot of it! =)

Corrie, I admire the strength you have had the past few years as you have been through so many surgeries and trials with your sweet baby girl, Kynleigh. You have made me want to be a better person and most of all a better mommy! Oh, and you have totally made me want to get back in the gym!! =) You are beautiful inside and out! Thank you for being my model and friend!

Our Family Vacation...

Yeah!! I have my family pictures!! I can’t begin to express my gratitude to our wonderful photographer, Beth of White Isle Photography. She was amazing. I was so impressed that she wasn’t scared of the sand or getting dirty, I think she was actually covered from head to toe! It was so special for me to have someone put so much time and effort into us. I have longed to have my own family in a portrait to cherish and SHOW OFF! =) I am so blessed to have had the opportunity to meet you, Beth! Thank you so much for giving us these memories that I will carry with me forever! You are an amazing photographer and person with a huge heart! And I thank you with all of mine!

We had a fabulous trip this year to visit Papa (Jason’s 94 year old Grandfather, who shares the same birthday as my oldest son Hayden) in Naples, Florida. It is so neat to see the boys as they grow from year to year on these trips. And I must say Papa is doing great! Still plays golf too!! =)

I am so proud of my little family and I am so excited to have a wall of canvases of our beautiful vacation in 2008!!
